- 所有商品皆為客製化代訂服務，廠商依訂單數量製作，下訂後無法取消或退換(不適用7日鑑賞期)。
- 購買GK請先了解GK相關特性，樹脂、PU材質運送過程會有斷件風險，
我方可幫忙聯繫廠商安排補件或維修(或視不同情況提出適當解決方案)，
無法因斷件為由要求賠償或退貨換。 - 預購商品之圖片僅供參考使用，與實際商品有些微不同均視為正常情況，
最終商品依實際現況為主，不得以商品細節與官圖不同而取消訂單、退款及退換貨。 - 預購商品如出貨後有細節修改之情況，均依實際出貨商品為主，本公司將不另作通知。
- 預購商品的預計發貨日僅參考使用，
如有延期發貨的情形，則依廠商實際通知發貨的時間為準，
訂購人無法以延後到貨為由取消訂單、退款及退換貨。
因商品眾多，如有延後發貨恕不各別通知，
請多加留意IG公告消息，如對延後到貨的訂單有疑問，歡迎聯繋我們。 - 商品訂購完成後，如遇商品缺貨、廠商無法生產取消訂單時，
本公司將預購訂金之金額無償全額退還。 - 預購商品到貨後，本公司將逐一通知補款及安排寄送，
購買人須於本公司通知後7天內完成補款 (自取者須於3週內完成來店取件並付款)，
逾時者本公司除得沒收訂金外，亦無交付商品之義務。 - 本店多數商品由海外進口，須配合財政部關務署實施包裹實名制，相關說明及教學請至EZWay易立委APP教學查看。
- 商品皆由海外運送來台，盒損問題較難避免，完美主義者請勿下單，
恕無法接受外盒壓損而要求退換貨或賠償，請大家諒解。

＊Release Date: The product may be released later than the estimated date. Please ensure you are willing to wait for the release.

＊Full Payment Orders (全額): The shipping fee is due when the product is ready for shipment.
＊Right to Refund: TheUninhabitedIsland reserves the right to refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your order.

＊We do worldwide shipping via SF Express, we will send email or message through Instagram when the items ready to ship.
＊If you purchase the products which is IN STOCK item, Normally your Item will be shipped within 7 days (Official Handling Time) after Full Payment completed; If you purchase products which is PRE ORDER item. The shipping dates are based on information received from the manufacturers.When the pre-order item read, we will inform you to pay the final payment & shipping cost,Once payment completed, we will ship out your item within 7-15 days by your selection of shipment.
＊We only ship to shipping address as checkout confirmation. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
＊If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free replacements as long as you cover shipping both ways.
